Refund policy

Please note: Super Seconds Festival orders are non refundable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase I can refund your order, however please let me know within 14 days of receiving your order. After this a refund unfortunately cannot be provided. To receive your refund, items must be returned within 14 days. Items must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it. You will receive an email once I have received your return. If it is returned in an acceptable condition, I will process your refund within 14 days. The time it takes to receive your refund varies on the original payment method used, please refer to their guidelines for timescales. The buyer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. A tracked service is highly recommended to ensure peace of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable - if a refund is approved, the original postage cost will be deducted.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include photos in your email and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Customers will have 14 days from receiving the goods to claim a refund for a faulty item after this time I will be unable to process your request.

Please note, custom orders are non refundable unless faulty.
