Shipping policy

Items are currently shipped every Tuesday - please order by 10am Tuesday for same day dispatch. Items are made to order, on the rare occasion I cannot ship your order within this time frame I will be in touch via email. All items are shipped in planet friendly paper packaging.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders over £60 will receive free Tracked 48 delivery. Your delivery price will be calculated at checkout, this is based on your order's weight and size. You will have the option to upgrade your postage at checkout. If your order is a gift, please notify me of this by leaving a note at checkout with your gift message.

Workshop Vouchers come with free 2nd Class delivery.

Second class postage: From 28/7/25 Royal Mail have announced they will deliver second class mail on alternative days. The changes mean second-class letters will be delivered either on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or on Tuesday and Thursday, in a two-week cycle. This means it will take a little longer for your order to arrive - Royal Mail advise allowing 13 days for your order to arrive. I will continue to offer this as a budget friendly option for smaller items, however if you are keen to receive your order sooner I advise upgrading to 48 Tracked. 

I am currently shipping to the UK only. Unfortunately due to recent changes regarding GPSR,  I currently unable to ship to The Republic of Ireland. Any orders placed from The Republic of Ireland will be cancelled and refunded within 5 working days.
